We aim to process your order within 48hrs of receiving it. The order will be shipped using Australia Post and delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days for standard delivery.
Please note that orders over $100 to the territories of Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory will now incur an additional shipping fee of $29.99. The delivery time to these territories is 5-6 business days.
Delivery to SA, Far-north QLD , as well as rural areas will take approx. 5-6 business days.
After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation followed by shipping confirmation, providing you with the tracking number which you can then track using the AusPost online track site: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

We provide a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all our products. You have the right to change your mind and return your order within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
- Customer must return the Product in its original packaging, with all original accessories and contents, to obtain a refund or, in the case of damaged Products, a replacement Product.
- All returns will be refunded using the same payment method with which the order were placed.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) unless the product is faulty
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
Returns received after this 30 Day Money-back guarantee will not be processed unless the item is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
This Returns Policy does not apply in the case of:
a.) Unsealed goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. (This includes underwear, personal beauty products and creams)
b.) Items that are damaged or lost after being in your care in which case your right to a money back guarantee is waived.
